Returns & Exchanges

We understand how important it is to love what you buy! If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your Ziba Styles purchase, you can return or exchange it within 7 days of it being delivered. We just ask that you meet the following requirements:

-The jewellery must be unworn.

-The original packaging needs to be included, including the box and pouch.

Contact us within 7 days of receipt of package via email so we can process your return/exchange. Please state your order number.

- All shipping charges are non-refundable 

- Return shipping on undamaged jewellery must be paid for by the customer

- For hygiene reasons earrings may not be returned or exchanged unless faulty.

- There are no returns or exchanges on sale items

- Ziba Styles inspects all merchandise for defects, damage, and discoloration prior to shipment. Jewellery, regardless of the quality, however is fragile and we ask that some flaws be assessed to how severe it is before contacting us as it may be an easy fix. 

ORDER CANCELLATION

If you would like to cancel your order, please email us as soon as possible. This does not guarantee a cancellation, but if the order has not shipped, we will gladly cancel and refund your payment.
