They are Platinum Plated Sterling Silver to give a mirror finish with AAA grade cubic zirconia.

We have measured the inner diameter of the ring directly in the middle.  We suggest sizing one size down as the main stone is elevated. 
Size Extra Small: 1.5cm (Size 5 or G and H)
size small: 1.6cm diameter (Size 6 or I and J)
Size Medium: 1.7cm diameter (Size 7 or K and L)
Size Large: 1.8cm diameter (Size 8 or M and N)
