For sizing please use a ring that fits you well and measure the inner diameter. Our sizes are as follows based on the inner diameter:

size small: 1.6cm diameter (Size 6 or I and J)
Size Medium: 1.7cm diameter (Size 7 or K and L)
Size Large: 1.8cm diameter (Size 8 or M and N)
